Alexandria is the Receptionist and Administrative Assistant at Phillips and Associates, serving as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. She brings a combination of administrative expertise, academic professionalism, and scientific precision to her role, ensuring the front office operates efficiently while upholding the firm's high standards of service, confidentiality, and professionalism. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and has a strong background in both scientific research and administrative support. Before joining the firm, Alexandria gained hands-on administrative experience at the Skirball Science Learning Center as well as contributed to the preparation of two National Institutes of Health (NIH) grant proposals for MARC and RISE research programs at Hunter College. Her academic journey also includes roles as a research assistant at Hunter College and internships at Harvard Medical School and UC Berkeley. These experiences refined her ability to manage complex tasks, communicate clearly and effectively, and maintain exceptional attention to detail. Her strong interpersonal skills and commitment to excellence translate seamlessly into the fast-paced, client-focused legal environment.
