About
Charlotte Boegel is a Litigation Paralegal at Phillips & Associates, where she provides support to attorneys in all stages of litigation. She assists with drafting pleadings, motions, and correspondence; managing case files; coordinating discovery; and preparing for depositions and hearings. Charlotte also conducts legal research and ensures deadlines and court requirements are met, contributing to the firm’s ability to effectively represent employees facing workplace discrimination and harassment.
Charlotte graduated summa cum laude from Fordham University, earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts in English and Dance through its joint program with The Ailey School. She was awarded the Jogues Scholarship and Artistic Merit Scholarship, and was consistently recognized on the Dean’s List. During her studies, she gained experience as an English Teaching Assistant at the Gabelli School of Business, where she supported undergraduate students with writing, editing, and communication skills.
Outside her work as a paralegal, Charlotte is an active member of the Pro-Bono Council for Sanctuary for Families, where she supports legal advocacy for women and children facing gender-based violence, participates in fundraising efforts, and contributes to outreach campaigns. She also has a background in publishing, serving as Assistant Opinions Editor for FLASH Magazine, and brings strong organizational and communication skills developed through roles in retail and editorial management.
