Alexandra Aguilar Fuentes

Alexandra Aguilar Fuentes is an Associate Attorney at Phillips & Associates, PLLC, who represents employees in matters involving wage and hour violations, discrimination, retaliation, and harassment. She is committed to advocating for fairness in the workplace and ensuring employees assert their legal rights.

Prior to joining Phillips & Associates, PLLC, Ms. Aguilar gained experience handling employment class actions in federal and state court. She also worked at a personal injury law firm where she developed skills in litigation support and client representation. Before practicing law in the United States, Ms. Aguilar worked for governmental entities in Colombia.

She earned her LL.M. in Comparative Law from Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University. She also holds a Master’s degree in Administrative and Constitutional Law from Universidad Católica de Colombia and a Bachelor of Laws from Universidad Libre.

A native Spanish speaker fluent in English, Ms. Aguilar has also dedicated time to community service as a volunteer at legal clinics, assisting low-income clients with matters involving housing, family law, and immigration.

She is admitted to practice in New York and Colombia.
