About
Andrew Cavaluzzi is an Associate Attorney at Phillips & Associates who brings a prosecutor's instincts and courtroom experience to his work representing employees and individuals in sexual harassment, discrimination, and retaliation matters. He began his legal career at the Westchester County District Attorney's Office, where he handled misdemeanor and felony cases from inception through trial, building the litigation foundation that now drives his advocacy on behalf of victims.
Before entering private practice, Andrew developed a deep commitment to public service. As a law student at Albany Law School, where he graduated cum laude, he interned with the Albany County District Attorney's Office in both Albany City Court and the Special Victims Unit. That experience deepened his dedication to standing up for those who have been wronged and giving voice to victims. He also worked with the New York State Office of the Attorney General in the Public Integrity and Sexual Offender Management Bureaus and served as Class President of the Student Bar Association during his time at Albany Law.
Andrew now channels that background into representing individuals who have faced workplace discrimination based on race, gender, age, pregnancy, disability, sexual orientation, national origin, religion, or criminal conviction. He has settled multiple cases on behalf of clients and conducted trials on federal claims. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
