About
Corey Kadash is a New York City employment attorney dedicated to fighting for employees who have faced sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and other workplace injustices. Driven by a belief in workplace fairness, Corey is committed to ensuring every employee has a dedicated advocate in their corner.
Before joining Phillips & Associates, Corey represented clients across some of the most personal and high-stakes matters in the law, representing sexual abuse survivors in civil litigation and advocating for low-income tenants in New York City housing court. Across his work, Corey brings a trauma-informed approach that keeps the client's well-being at the center of every case. He also served as a labor relations attorney for a large government agency, focusing on employee misconduct, grievances, and collective bargaining—an experience that gave him valuable insight into how management conducts workplace investigations and responds to employee complaints.
Corey is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Eastern, and Northern Districts of New York. He earned his J.D. from Indiana University Maurer School of Law and his B.B.A. in Finance, summa cum laude, from the University of Cincinnati.
