Gina earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Arizona, majoring in Fashion Industry’s Science and Technology with a minor in Studio Art. She brings a strong background in administrative support, client communication, organization, and social media management, along with a commitment to providing professional and client-focused service.
As an Administrative Assistant and Receptionist at Phillips & Associates, Gina serves as a primary point of contact for clients and visitors, helping ensure the office operates efficiently while maintaining the firm’s high standards of professionalism and communication. She manages a high volume of calls, assists with scheduling and client intake support, and works closely with attorneys and staff to support daily administrative operations and maintain an organized workflow.
Prior to joining the firm, Gina gained experience in administrative support, scheduling coordination, and social media management through roles as a Personal Assistant, Social Media Manager, and Teaching Assistant at the University of Arizona. These experiences strengthened her organizational abilities, attention to detail, and communication skills, which she applies to creating a welcoming and professional experience for every client.
