About
Greta Lynch is a Litigation Paralegal at Phillips & Associates, where she supports a team of attorneys in employment litigation matters, including discrimination and sexual harassment.
Greta works in high-volume litigation environments and manages large caseloads with a detailed-oriented and efficient approach. She is known for her strong case management, responsiveness, and ability to keep matters organized throughout the litigation process. Prior to joining Phillips & Associates, Greta gained extensive civil litigation experience in consumer defense, giving her a practical understanding of how case are approached from both sides.
Greta earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, with a minor in International Studies, from Western Washington University and holds an Advanced Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program.
Greta is passionate about advocating for employees’ rights and is committed to supporting the firm’s mission of representing individuals facing workplace discrimination and harassment.
