Morgan is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
Morgan received her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and B.A. from the University of Miami. While in law school she participated in the Moot Court Honor Society, was a student attorney in the Disability and Civil Rights Clinic and served as Co-Chair of the Elder Law and Guardianship Pro Bono Project.
Prior to joining Phillips & Associates, Morgan served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Trial Division of the Bronx County District Attorney’s Office and as in-house counsel to the New York City Police Department, advising on criminal and First Amendment matters and performing internal investigations.
