About
Naomi Franco is an Associate Attorney at Phillips & Associates, where she advocates for employees facing workplace discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, whistleblower claims and other wrongful termination issues. She has devoted her legal career to protecting workers' rights and helping employees navigate some of the most challenging moments of their professional lives.
Prior to joining Phillips & Associates, Naomi gained experience representing individuals facing workplace discrimination in administrative, state and federal courts. Before becoming an attorney, Naomi built a strong foundation in employment law through positions at private firms and the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission where she developed valuable insight into workplace discrimination and retaliation claims.
Her background representing employees at every stage of a dispute allows her to approach each case with both practical litigation experience and a deep understanding of the challenges employees face.
Naomi earned her J.D. from Rutgers Law School, where she served as Senior Articles Editor of the Women's Rights Law Reporter. Naomi's scholarship reflects her longstanding interest in the intersection of workplace rights and social justice; her publications include Women’s Rights Are Workers’ Rights in the Women's Rights Law Reporter and Take Your Dog to Work . . . Every Day in the New Jersey Labor & Employment Law Quarterly. She is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
