About
Rodalton Poole represents employees in workplace matters involving unlawful discrimination, retaliation, harassment, pay disparities, wrongful denial of reasonable accommodations, and other violations of federal, state, and local employment laws.
Before joining Phillips & Associates, Rodalton built a strong background in employment litigation, workplace investigations, and dispute resolution through roles in both private practice and public service.
Rodalton has advised on workplace policies, employee handbooks, anti-discrimination and anti-bullying measures, and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives.
He is also a member of the executive board for the Tri-State Adaptive Sports Association, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing world-class adaptive sports and recreational opportunities to people with disabilities.
Rodalton earned his J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law, where he was named to the Dean’s List, and received his Bachelor of Professional Studies in Paralegal Services, summa cum laude, from The University of Memphis.
