Christine Hintze is a passionate advocate for employees facing workplace discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. She represents employees in a wide range of disputes, including sexual harassment, whistleblower retaliation, and discrimination based on gender, race, age, pregnancy, disability, LGBQT+ status, and/or religion, as well as wage and hour violations.
Since joining the firm, Ms. Hintze has resolved millions of dollars in settlements for her clients. Her success in high-value cases earned her membership in the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Notably, she recently obtained a $3,000,000 settlement involving allegations of sexual assault brought by an employee who worked at a major company in New York City.
Ms. Hintze represents clients at all levels, from high-ranking executives to professionals across industries such as financial services, retail and fashion, healthcare, life sciences, hospitality, manufacturing, and professional services. She frequently negotiates favorable resolutions before litigation arises but is also a skilled litigator, representing clients in state and federal courts when necessary.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Hintze was an Associate at ArentFox Schiff and Grunfeld, Desiderio, Lebowitz, Silverman & Klestadt, where she assisted clients with matters relating to forced labor, customs, and international trade law. She regularly worked on cases before the Court of International Trade, and assisted with complex investigations, including those involving the False Claims Act.
Ms. Hintze attended Brooklyn Law School, where she served as a member of the Journal of Law and Policy and was honored with the Dennis J. Block Center for International Business Law Fellowship. During law school, Ms. Hintze interned before the Honorable Cathy Waldor in the District of New Jersey Federal Court, where she gained valuable insight into motion and trial practice.
Before law school, Ms. Hintze was a Paralegal at the Arcé Law Group, PLLC, where she assisted attorneys with employment discrimination litigation. Ms. Hintze earned her undergraduate degree from Skidmore College.
