Christine Hintze is a passionate advocate for employees facing workplace sexual harassment, sexual assault, discrimination, and retaliation. She represents employees in a wide range of disputes, including gender discrimination, whistleblower retaliation, pregnancy discrimination, LGBTQ+ discrimination, disability discrimination, and racial or religious bias.
Since joining the firm, Ms. Hintze has resolved millions of dollars in settlements for her clients. Her record of success in high-value sexual assault and discrimination cases earned her membership in the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, which are honors limited to top trial attorneys who have achieved exceptional results for their clients.
Notably, Ms. Hintze has achieved nearly $10 million in sexual harassment and sexual assault settlements within the past two years on behalf of women in the financial services, banking, and private equity sectors, including claims against major Wall Street banks, investment firms, and Fortune 500 companies. She is widely recognized for representing employees who have faced retaliation or abuse by powerful executives and for her commitment to holding corporations accountable for workplace misconduct.
Ms. Hintze frequently negotiates confidential settlements before litigation arises, protecting her clients’ privacy and professional reputations. However, Ms. Hintze is also a skilled litigator, representing clients in state and federal courts when necessary.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Hintze was an Associate at ArentFox Schiff, where she assisted clients with matters relating to forced labor, customs, and international trade law. She regularly assisted with complex investigations, including those involving the False Claims Act.
Ms. Hintze attended Brooklyn Law School, where she served as a member of the Journal of Law and Policy and was honored with the Dennis J. Block Center for International Business Law Fellowship. During law school, Ms. Hintze interned before the Honorable Cathy Waldor in the District of New Jersey Federal Court, where she gained valuable insight into motion and trial practice.
