About
During college, Ms. Radadia served in multiple internship roles. As an Undergraduate Judicial Intern for the Honorable Judge Aurora Martinez Jones at the 126th District Court, she supported civil procedures and conducted research on the impact of artificial intelligence in the legal system. She also contributed to the Lyndon B. Johnson Women’s Campaign School, where she helped put together an in-person program, assisted in creating a "Year in Numbers" report evaluating the program's effectiveness in electing women to public office, and supported all aspects of the curriculum—from budgeting and social media strategy to education on election laws and media training. In addition, Ms. Radadia gained valuable experience during two summers as an undergraduate intern at a prestigious business law firm, where she contributed to various client-related projects.
In addition to her professional experience, Ms. Radadia has dedicated four years to Minority Women Pursuing Law (MWPL), where she served as both Philanthropy Director and Creative Director. In these leadership roles, she organized philanthropic events, developed nonprofit partnerships with organizations such as Casa Marianella, which provides support to asylum seekers, and designed & distributed merchandise that helped advance MWPL’s mission and outreach efforts. Ms. Radadia also served as President of the Black and Brown Academic Mentorship (BBAM) from 2023-2024, where she led efforts to support black and brown high school students in the state of Texas. Through targeted mentorship, BBAM connected students with mentors in roles they aspire to, helping them navigate the path to higher education and professional success.
